The pandemic put a pause on singing in the group, but with Covid restrictions easing, the Cornell University Choir “returned strongest,” said Cornell University Choir. Michael Henry Paul de BienChorale Music Director and Kralman Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Arts and Sciences.
“We welcome singers from all college departments and communities,” says Poll. “Additional tenors and baritones are welcome. If you would like to sing, please contact manager Max Yap. ’26. Last season we were unable to welcome non-Cornell participants, but the community It’s time to come back.”
The Chorale is a mixed choir of over 100 singers focused on developing individual vocal skills and musicianship. The group is made up of both Cornell University students and Ithaca residents and provides a unique opportunity for students and local Ithaca people to get to know each other. Corral is a “cozy space,” according to the members.
